information of the Alteon Switch trap.When read, returns
the severity of the last trap sent.0 stands for EMERGENCY,
1- ALERT, 2- CRITICAL, 3- EEROR, 4- WARNING, 5- NOTICE,
6- INFO and 7- DEBUG
