This object gives the higher word value of the number 
of fibre channel frames transmitted on this interface. 
              
If the value of cFcStatsOutFrames
is greater than 4,294,967,295, the higher word value will
be stored in this object.
              
SNMP v2c or v3 managers can directly use
cFcStatsOutFramesHC, which is a 64 bit counter.
