cFcStatsOutDiscards

This object gives the number of transmitted 
frames on this interface that were discarded.
              
This object only shows the lower word value of 
the counter.The high word value is given by
cFcStatsOutDiscardsHigh.
              
SNMP v2c or v3 managers can directly use
cFcStatsOutDiscardsHC, which is a 64 bit counter.
