cFcStatsLinkResets

This object gives the value of the number of 
link resets detected on this particular interface.
              
This object only shows the lower word value of 
the counter.The high word value is given by
cFcStatsLinkResetsHigh.
              
SNMP v2c or v3 managers can directly use
cFcStatsLinkResetsHC, which is a 64 bit counter.
