This object gives the number of 
fibre channel frames received on this interface
with a length greater than what was agreed to.
              
This object only shows the lower word value of 
the counter.The high word value is given by
cFcStatsInFramesTooLongHigh.
              
SNMP v2c or v3 managers can directly use
cFcStatsInFramesTooLongHC, which is a 64 bit counter.
