column SNMPv2-SMICounter32 
This object gives the value of the number of 
received bytes on the particular interface.
              
This object only shows the lower word value of 
the counter.The high word value is given by
cFcStatsInElementsHigh.
              
SNMP v2c or v3 managers can directly use
cFcStatsInElementsHC, which is a 64 bit counter.
