cFcStatsInDiscards

This object gives the value of the number of 
received frames on this interface that were 
discarded.
              
This object only shows the lower word value of 
the counter.The high word value is given by
cFcStatsInDiscardsHigh.
              
SNMP v2c or v3 managers can directly use
cFcStatsInDiscardsHC, which is a 64 bit counter.
