This object gives the value of the number of 
single bit GFP errors received on this interface.
              
This object only shows the lower word value of 
the counter.The high word value is given by
cFcStatsGfpInSBitErrHigh.
              
SNMP v2c or v3 managers can directly use
cFcStatsGfpInSBitErrHC, which is a 64 bit counter.
