cFcHistOutFramesBadCRCHigh

This object gives the higher word value the number of 
frames transmitted with invalid CRC, on this
interface, during this sampling interval.
              
If the value of cFcHistOutFramesBadCRC
is greater than 4,294,967,295, the higher word value will
be stored in this object.
              
SNMP v2c or v3 managers can directly use
cFcHistOutFramesBadCRCHC, which is a 64 bit counter.
