cFcHistOutFrames

This object gives the value of the number of 
frames transmitted on the particular interface
during this sampling interval.
              
This object only shows the lower word value of 
the counter.The high word value is given by
cFcHistOutFramesHigh.
              
SNMP v2c or v3 managers can directly use
cFcHistOutFramesHC, which is a 64 bit counter.
