cFcHistOutElementsHigh

This object gives the higher word value of the number
of transmitted bytes on the particular interface
during this sampling interval.
              
If the value of cFcHistOutElements
is greater than 4,294,967,295, the higher word value will
be stored in this object.
              
SNMP v2c or v3 managers can directly use
cFcHistOutElementsHC, which is a 64 bit counter.
