cFcHistInFrames

This object gives the value of the number of 
fibre channel frames received on this interface
during this sampling interval.
              
This object only shows the lower word value of 
the counter.The high word value is given by
cFcHistInFramesHigh.
              
SNMP v2c or v3 managers can directly use
cFcHistInFramesHC, which is a 64 bit counter.
