cFcHistInDiscards

This object gives the the number of 
received frames discarded on this interface
during this sampling interval.
              
This object only shows the lower word value of 
the counter.The high word value is given by
cFcHistInDiscardsHigh.
              
SNMP v2c or v3 managers can directly use
cFcHistInDiscardsHC, which is a 64 bit counter.
