cFcHistEncodingDispErr

This object gives the value of the number of encoding
disparity errors on the particular interface during
this sampling interval.
              
This object only shows the lower word value of 
the counter.The high word value is given by
cFcHistEncodingDispErrHigh.
              
SNMP v2c or v3 managers can directly use
cFcHistEncodingDispErrHC, which is a 64 bit counter.
