Displays and sets the time of the year when the recurring summer-time (also known as Daylight Saving Time) will start having effect. The expected format is M.n.d/hh:mm, where M is the month of the year (1 <= M <= 12), n is the week of the month (1 <= n <= 5), week 5 representing the last week, d is the day of the week (0 <= d <= 6), 0 representing Sunday, hh and mm are the hour and minutes respectively.
