Each entry contains a format name along with all of the columns that should be displayed when that format name is used via show cable modem format <format_name>. cadShowCmFormatCol1 must be set to a valid, non-empty when creating a row. Also, should more column names be specified, they must be specified in increasing order, with no gaps betweens the columns set. That is, if N column names are to be specified, then all columns from cadShowCmFormatCol1 to cadShowCmFormatCol[N] must be specified.
