This is the default value that will be used to populate the Maximum Traffic Burst for a 1.1 modem unless the maximum traffic burst TLV is explicitly provided in either the modems Request or in a Service Class Name definition. This value is being made programmable for 2 reasons: 1) So that it can be set to the DOCSIS default of 3044 for CableLabs testing and 2) it can be tuned for real world applications.
