Defines the maximum QoS Active Timeout the E6000 is willing to allow. If a larger value is received in a CM request the E6000 will return this value instead in the response (Reference DOCSIS RFI Section c.2.2.5.6). Note a value of 0 is infinite and is therefore treated as the largest value in the range.
