scalar r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
This variable always returns false upon reading. When
set to true, the SDV multicast forward counts (i.e.    
cadMcastForwardCount attribute of the rows of  
cadMcastForwardEntry for IEQ video) are cleared.
