sPVP

This trap indicates that a SPVP was rerouted. 
The variables indicates the address of a rerouted spvp, the time 
stamp of when rerouting occurred, and the cause of rerouting. 
The cause codes are as follows: 
Unallocated (unassigned) number = 1 
No route to specified transit network = 2 
No route to destination = 3 
Normal call clearing = 16
User busy = 17
No user responding = 18
Call rejected = 21
Number changed = 22
User rejects all calls with calling line
                        identification restriction (CLIR) = 23
Destination out of order = 27
Invalid number format (address incomplete) = 28
Response to STATUS ENQUIRY = 30
