When a link station is deactivated, a trap is
generated. nwAppnFwdLsName identifies the link
station name, nwAppnFwdLsAdjCpName identifies the
fully qualified CP name of the adjacent node and
nwAppnFwdLsAdjCpType is the type of that node.
