scalar r/w Bits
The object is used to enable PS notifications. 
From left to right, the set bit indicates 
the corresponding PS notification is enabled.
For example, if the first bit is set, then
cabhPsDevInitTLVUnknownTrap is enabled. 
If the bit is zero, the trap is disabled.
