scalar r/w Enumeration 
Setting this object to clearCounters(1) resets all the 
traffic statistic counter entries to zero in the 
cabhPsDevLanIpTrafficTable. Setting this object to 
clearTable(2) removes all entries in the 
cabhPsDevLanIpTrafficTable. Reading this object always 
returns clearCounters(1).
