A locally administered address (LAA) that replaces the factory-assigned
MAC address (UAA: universally administered address).
If this setting is all-zero address (i.e. 6 bytes of zeros), the
factory-assigned
MAC address is used as the MAC address of the device.
The LAA address must start with X2, X6, XA, or XE, where X is any
hexadecimal digit 0 to F.
