Available access levels reach from 0 to 255.
              
Value 0 turns GUI access off, value 1 defines allmighty
administrator role.
Other values grant GUI access in an application dependend
manner; each value may be interpreted differently on different
products.
              
Default value is 0 in order to avoid unintentinoally granting
access rights.
