for the PPP interfaces. Each time a new entry is made
here, a corresponding entry is made in the ifTable.
          
Creating entries: Entries are created by assigning a
value to the biboPPPType object.
          
Deleting entries: Entries are removed by setting an
entry's biboPPPEncapsulation object to 'delete'.
