This object defines the default packet length in milliseconds
of the different voice compression algorithms.
  g729        : 10 bytes / 10 ms
  g723-acelp  : 20 bytes / 30 ms
  g723-mp-mlq : 24 bytes / 30 ms
  g711        : 80 bytes / 10 ms
