Object

table mandatory 
The capiApplTable contains information for all currently
registered CAPI 1.1 and CAPI 2.0 applications, and their
respective CAPI_REGISTER information.
          
Creating entries: Entries are created automatically by
the system. After receiving an appropriate
CAPI_REGISTER call, the system 'registers' the 
application, and assigns it a unique capiApplNumber.
          
Deleting entries: Once an application releases, entries
are automatically removed by the system.
