This metric is used to discriminate
between multiple exit points to an
adjacent autonomous system. A value of -1
indicates the absence of this attribute.
Known Issues:
o The BGP-4 specification uses an
unsigned 32 bit number. Thus, this
object cannot represent the full
range of the protocol.
