The degree of preference calculated by the
receiving BGP4 speaker for an advertised
route. A value of -1 indicates the
absence of this attribute.
Known Issues:
o The BGP-4 specification uses an
unsigned 32 bit number and thus this
object cannot represent the full
range of the protocol.
