The high threshold for the number of used IP addresses for VRGAPI subscribers. If the number of used IP addresses exceeds this value, a bWagVrgApiIpAddrUsedHighThresholdReached event will be generated. No more bWagVrgApiIpAddrUsedHighThresholdReached events will be generated until the value of the number of used IP addresses for VRGAPI subscribers becomes equal to or less than the value of bWagVrgApiIpAddrUsedLowThreshold.
