Script loading status flag. This variable
returns '0' if a 96xxupgrade.txt file was successfully 
obtained and interpreted since the last power-up or reset. 
This variable returns '1' if the file was successfully 
obtained but NOT successfully interpreted since the last 
power-up or reset. This variable returns '2' if the file 
was NOT successfully obtained since the last
power-up or reset.
