Diffie-Hellman Group for IPsec SA.  This variable returns 1 if the DH Group Description 
proposed for IPSec SA is the First Oakley Group, 2 if the proposal is for the Second Oakley Group, 
5 if the proposal is for the 1536-bit MODP Group, 14 if the proposal is for the 2048-bit MODP Group, 
and 15 if the proposal is for the 3072-bit MODP Group, else 0.
