IKE SA identification type.  This varable returns 1 if the Identification Type used for
IKE Phase 1 is ID_IPV4_ADDR, 2 if the ID Type is ID_FQDN, 3 if the ID Type is ID_USER_FQDN, 
9 if the ID Type is ID_DER_ASN1_DN, and 11 if the ID Type is ID_KEY_ID.
