Current value for ICMP Destination message handling. 
This variable returns 0 if the telephone does not transmit ICMP 
Destination Unreachable messages are not transmitted; 1 if such 
messages are transmitted only in response to datagrams that 
designate closed UDP ports or if the designated transport 
protocol is not supported, and 2 if such such messages are 
sent only in response to datagrams that designate closed UDP 
or TCP ports or if the designated transport protocol is not 
supported.  The default is 1.
