scalar mandatory r/w Enumeration 
if the state of Mirroring is enabled by selecting one
of the two values , then the Mirroring explained above 
works. If disabled, port operation works normally. No 
Traffic gets routed from MirroringSourcePort to 
Destination Mirrored Port.
