This object is used to enable and  disable context-specific
RSTP traps. Currently the following are defined
0 - Traps are not enabled.
1 - Protocol up or down traps.
2 - Exception Traps like port protocol migration or invalid packet
     rcvd in port
3 - All the above Traps.
