the DSCP value awcDscpToCosMapDscp. This object
corresponds directly to the 802.1D traffic category
ID, plus 1. The matching values are therefore in the
range 1 through 8. The value 0 indicates that no
matching CoS is configured for the corresponding
awcDscpToCosMapDscp.
