This attribute, when TRUE, indicates that the station
implementation is capable of generating Symbol, Inc.
proprietary elements in its Beacons and Probe
Responses.  These elements enable support for Symbol
Voice-over-IP (VoIP) phones.  The default value of
this attribute is FALSE.
