This is a table containing the list of modem
modulations configured for use with adaptive
modulation. This list is based on the settings of
aviatModemModulationBase and aviatModemModulationMax,
and a set of automatically selected intermediate
modulations.
          
If configured for static modulation, this list will
contain only one entry, the configured static
modulation.
