The IP address of the next-hop to which SAA probes 
generated by this entry shall be routed, bypassing 
normal routing.
A value of '0.0.0.0' means that the value in 
avstrRtrProbeNextHopIf is valid instead.
              
Note:
Setting this node to '0.0.0.0' and 
avstrRtrProbeNextHopIf to '0' will result in the 
probes undergoing routing normally.
