Indicates the number of I-SID/VLAN bindings from received FA I-SID/VLAN Assignment TLVs that are accepted (activated) on the identified port. Counter is incremented when the binding transitions from a non-accepted state (e.g., 'pending', 'rejected') to the accepted state.
