scalar SNMPv2-SMICounter32 
Indicates the number of I-SID/VLAN bindings
from received FA I-SID/VLAN Assignment TLVs
that are accepted (activated) on all device
ports since the most recent epoch (e.g., 
device reset, global statistics reset). 
Counter is incremented when the binding 
transitions from a non-accepted state (e.g., 
'pending', 'rejected') to the accepted state.
