The number of error-free cells detected on connections in
which these ATM addresses were identified as the
transmitting and receiving endpoint addresses.
Note that for point-to-multipoint connections, an entry is
created for each root-to-leaf address-pair that exists, and
each cell sent from the root on a point-to-multipoint ATM
connection is counted once in each distinct matrix entry.
