The type of traffic management, applicable to the
traffic in the receive direction of this VPC. The type
may indicate none, or a type with one or more
parameters. These parameters are specified as a
parameter vector, in the corresponding instances of
the objects:
        atmfVpcReceiveTrafficDescriptorParam1,
        atmfVpcReceiveTrafficDescriptorParam2,
        atmfVpcReceiveTrafficDescriptorParam3,
        atmfVpcReceiveTrafficDescriptorParam4, and
        atmfVpcReceiveTrafficDescriptorParam5.
