The object is used in the Aruba Management Protocol.
This Object is used to specify the number of Objects 
to be retrieved in a GET Table request. Instance 
of the Object will contain the number of Rows.
In the Response to the GET Table this object will
contain the number of Objects returned in the response.
A Get request on this object returns 0.
