When ScanPeriodically is true, this value indicates the interval in seconds at which GPS scan is performed. This time period represents the amount of time between scans. The scan itself is performed until successful or times out. The value of this parameter is not persistent. TR-069/TR-181 reference: Device.FAP.GPS.PeriodicInterval.
