The address of the TFTP server used for software
upgrades.  If the TFTP server is unknown or is a
non-IPv4 address, return 0.0.0.0.
              
This object is deprecated. See arrisCmDevSwServerAddress
for its replacement.  This object will have its value
modified, given a valid SET to arrisCmDevSwServerAddress.
