scalar r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
This object is used to enable/disable the local DHCP Server. 
As long as the CM is not operational, the local DHCP Server 
is working if enabled.  Set to true(1) to enable the DHCP 
server.  Set to false(2) to disable it.
