The number of Transparent Interconnection of Lots of
Links (TRILL) packets dropped on the outgoing TRILL
access interface.
              
This statistic is not supported by all platforms. It is
set to 0 for unsupported platforms.
              
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at
re-initialization of the management system, and at other
times as indicated by the value of
ifCounterDiscontinuityTime.
